Display terminal

The display terminal receives recognition events from the face recognition terminal and shows the person, device, time, and connection status. It is the final stage of the connected workflow; acceptance must use a new real recognition.

Responsibilities

  • Receive recognition events in local or cloud mode.
  • Show recent recognition results and online device status.
  • Show central connectivity for on-site diagnosis.
  • Keep traceable event times and device details for acceptance.

Workflow steps

  1. Open display settings and confirm the active mode and central address.
  2. Confirm that the display and face recognition terminal can communicate.
  3. Have the test person complete one real recognition on the synchronized device.
  4. In Local mode, check display receipt first; in Cloud mode, check upstream receipt and then the display callback.
  5. Match the latest card by person, device ID, and time. Do not treat an old photo as a new event.
  6. Record receipt and display results in the site acceptance record.

Handoff checks

CheckPassing result
ModeThe display mode matches the installed event path
Event receiptThis recognition can be found by device and time
Screen resultThe latest card shows the correct person and result
Central stateConnectivity is normal when the central service is required
CompletionThe recognition and display records refer to the same event

An online indicator or existing photo only shows that the page has data; it does not replace acceptance of this recognition. For local and cloud path checks, see Recognition and display; for display settings, see Display.

Common checks

  • The central service is connected but no new record appears: check the event receiver for the active mode.
  • The device is online but the person is not recognized: return to Face recognition terminal.
  • The receiver has an event but the screen does not update: check the event time, identifier, and active display.
  • Only historical photos appear: trigger a real recognition and match person, device, and time.

After the workflow passes, keep the mode, personnel ID, device ID, event time, and a redacted screenshot for follow-up.
